Christian Van Den Branden

As Chief Technology Officer, Christian is responsible for leading Arcserve's global R&D organization, driving Arcserve's technology innovation and providing the strategic direction of the product roadmap.

He has over 20 years of technical leadership experience and a proven track record of driving strategic planning, leading operations and driving strategic initiatives across diverse functions and geographically dispersed organizations. Prior to joining Arcserve, he was Chief Technology Officer at Qualifacts and held leadership positions at various companies including Technical Lead at ZeroNorth, XebiaLabs, SimpliVity, DynamicOps and EMC Corporation.

Christian holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering from EPFL (École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne) and an MBA from Boston University.
