Derek Clark

Derek Clark has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Derek currently serves as the Director of Procurement & Supply Chain at Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, where they manage third-party spend for the company's Alaska-based operations. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Sales and Procurement at ASRC Energy Services. Derek also has a background in category management, having served as the Category Delivery Lead - Well Services at BP, where they managed key vendor relationships and led strategic sourcing activities. Earlier in their career, Derek worked at Microsoft Licensing as a Program Manager, responsible for managing contracts and revenue in the Original Equipment Manufacturer Channel.

Derek Clark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Masters of Science degree in Project Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage from 2009 to 2010. In addition to their academic achievements, Derek is certified as a Contract & Commercial Management Practitioner by IACCM in 2012, and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute in 2009.
