Craig Tracey

Craig Tracey is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Currently, Craig serves as Co-Founder at Arctir since May 2023. Prior to this, Craig held the position of Senior Staff Engineer at Heptio from September 2017 until its acquisition by VMware in May 2023, where important contributions included the establishment of a robust Field Engineering organization and leading significant pre-sales initiatives. Craig's earlier roles include Lead Developer at Blue Box Group, where foundational work on the Blue Box Cloud service accompanied a successful acquisition by IBM, and Tech Lead at HubSpot, focused on developing scalable SaaS solutions. Craig's career also includes key engineering positions at Carbonite, VMware, Netezza, Stratus Technologies, Raqia Networks, and Computer Associates. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Providence College (1995-1999).
