Michael Shelhamer

Michael Shelhamer has extensive experience in project and plant management within the manufacturing sector. As a Project Engineering Manager and Plant Manager at Ardagh Group since 2008, Michael played a key role in the establishment of a new non-union High Speed EZO plant, focusing on Team Based Culture, LEED Certification, and Zero Landfill status. Prior to this, Michael worked at Impress USA from 1998 to 2007 in various capacities, including Easy Open End Department Manager and Corporate Project Engineer, where responsibilities included overseeing plant operations and leading corporate engineering projects. Michael began a career at HJ Heinz from 1988 to 1998, progressing to Plant Supervisor while successfully managing installations of two-piece can lines alongside corporate engineering initiatives.
