Adriane Baker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.

Adriane began their career at MBNA/Bank of America in 2002 as a Senior Review Unit (SRU) Credit Analyst, where they ensured loan quality and assumed management responsibilities. Adriane later transitioned to the role of Senior Credit Analyst/Business Lending Analyst, making credit-lending decisions on various applications.

In 2006, Adriane joined Wachovia/Wells Fargo as a Licensed Financial Specialist, providing financial consulting to customers and contributing to business growth. Adriane then moved on to Wachovia/Wells Fargo Trust Co in 2008 as an AVP, Trust Officer, responsible for daily trust administration and team coordination.

Adriane further expanded their expertise at Reliance Trust Co of Delaware, starting in 2011 as Vice President, Trust Relationship Manager. Adriane managed trust relationships and contributed to business operations until 2013 when they assumed the role of Chief Operations Officer, SVP.

In 2019, Adriane joined Arden Trust Company as the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President, where they currently serve. Adriane'sresponsibilities include ensuring compliance and playing a key role in senior management.

Adriane Baker's education history includes attending the Cannon Trust School, where they obtained a CTFA degree. Adriane also attended Goldey-Beacom College, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Financial Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Finance. Adriane Baker also participated in the Essentials of Management Leadership Program at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth in 2014.
