Brad Thompson

Brad Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Brad started their career as an Engineering Intern at Watts Water Technologies in 2011 and 2012, where they supported manufacturing engineers by designing fixtures and tooling using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. In 2013, they continued as an Engineering Intern at the same company.

In 2014, Brad joined Airmar Technology Corporation as a Jr. Manufacturing Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for integrating new products into production by designing foam and encapsulation molds, developing work instructions, and acquiring necessary tooling. Brad also provided engineering support to the production team. Brad later took on the role of a Mechanical Design Engineer, where they stayed until 2020.
