Gina Brummels, CPLP, has a diverse background in learning, talent, and change management. With experience in companies like Ardent Mills, Point B, Air Methods, and ConAgra Foods, Gina has held roles such as Sr. Director Learning, Talent, & Change, Director of Talent, Learning & Change, and Change Management Lead. Gina is known for their expertise in developing and conducting complex training programs to meet the needs of customer service and supply chain groups. Gina holds a Master of Organizational Performance degree from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
