Linda Jilg

Linda Jilg is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and production across various industries. Currently serving as Plant Group Leader at Ardent Mills since August 2023, Linda previously held roles at Henkel, including Director of Operations and Head of Production Systems, where operational excellence was a key focus. Prior experience at Procter & Gamble involved leading facial tissue manufacturing operations for the Puffs brands and overseeing multiple converting operations, achieving significant revenue and quality outcomes. Linda's earlier career includes roles as Value Stream Leader at BD and Process Engineer at Motorola. Linda holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Kansas State University.
