Flavie Jean

Flavie Jean has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Flavie began their career as a Junior Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Thales in September 2005 and continued in that role until August 2007. Following that, they joined Disneyland Paris as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst from September 2007 to May 2008. In June 2008, they transitioned to Ardian, where they served as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst until December 2011. Flavie then took on the role of HR Compensation & Benefits Director at Ardian from January 2012 to December 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Co-Head of Human Resources & Head of Employees' Services at Ardian, starting from January 2018. Throughout their career, Flavie has demonstrated their expertise in managing compensation and benefits, HR policies and processes, and developing and implementing HR initiatives.

Flavie Jean completed their Maîtrise in Développement des ressources humaines from Université La Sorbonne from 2003 to 2005. Following that, they pursued a Master 2 (M2) in Master Management des compétences et des RH at ISEG from 2005 to 2006.
