Darcela Maignan

Darcela Maignan (Llanos) is an experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Electric and Gas Utility at Ardmore Roderick since June 2023, overseeing capital projects across various phases of modification, replacement, and new construction. As the Founder and President of Maignan Business Group, initiated in February 2022, Darcela focuses on creating transformative experiences through personal healing journeys from grief. Previously, Darcela served as Superintendent of Capital Projects at Philadelphia Gas Works from September 2016 to June 2023, managing a $7.5 million annual project budget, and held roles as Sr Staff Engineer and Staff Engineer at the same organization, contributing to successful gas infrastructure projects.
