Mark Lewis

Mark Lewis has over 30 years of experience in the engineering and municipal services field. Mark retired from the City of Fountain Valley as the Director of Public Works in 2019. Prior to that, they held various engineering roles within the City of Fountain Valley, including City Engineer and Traffic Engineer. Mark also served as the Chair of the Commission at Laguna Beach County Water District. Mark's most recent role is Project Director, Municipal Services at Ardurra, where they started in 2020.

Mark Lewis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from California State University Long Beach, College of Engineering. Mark attended the university from 1981 to 1986. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Registered Civil Engineer and a Registered Traffic Engineer from the California State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists.
