Patrick Byrden is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at area22, where the focus is on transforming customer interactions through conversational AI. Prior to this role, Patrick was the VP of Business Development & Strategy at Xperi Inc., leading efforts to enhance entertainment solutions across various sectors, and held multiple leadership positions at TiVo, including Senior Director of Customer Solutions. Patrick’s career began at BBC Worldwide and includes significant roles at Ericsson, where leadership in customer experience and project management were key responsibilities. Patrick holds a BA (hons) in English & Classical Studies from University College Dublin and a Post Graduate HND in Broadcast Journalism from City of Bristol College.
