Sumedha is an Implementation Manager with extensive account management experience within global markets. Having worked with a diverse set of clients globally for several years, Sumedha has helped them devise various digital strategies through SAAS platforms and supported them by understanding their requirements, use cases and pain points. She has a sterling command over various Market Intelligence tools and platforms, gaining around5+ years of erudite experience in the same.

She is now an Implementation Manager at Area9 Lyceum for the APAC region and operates out of Hong Kong. She helps in providing truly personalized solutions to the clients based on their requirements and pain points. Hence providing techno-functional support to the customers. She also works closely with the team of learning engineers, to ensure the qualitative deliverables and customer success with Area9’s adaptive learning technology.
