Marty Kadletz has an extensive work experience in various managerial and engineering positions. Marty started their career at Boeing in 1985, where they worked as a Systems Engineering Manager, overseeing operations and maintenance of Cargo Integration Test Equipment (CITE) for NASA and DoD manned spaceflight missions. Marty then moved to Johnson Controls in 1994 and served as a Program Manager in the Interiors Division, successfully launching multiple products in the automotive OEM market. At Johnson Controls, they also led a hardware/software integration project for Daimler Chrysler, achieving significant cost reductions. Finally, they worked at Millennium Engineering and Integration and ARES Corporation as a Manager in the Systems Engineering & Integration Division, providing daily oversight for verification and validation activities supporting NASA's Exploration Ground Systems Program at the Kennedy Space Center.
