Adam Ferrarini

Adam Ferrarini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in private equity and operational turnarounds. Currently a Partner at Ares Management Corporation since April 2010, Adam focuses on financial and operational improvements within the Direct Lending portfolio while serving on the boards of various companies. Previously, Adam has held significant roles such as Director at Rug Doctor, SVP Worldwide, Ciena Capital LLC, The Step2 Company, and Aquion, Inc., where successful turnarounds and strategic mergers were achieved under Ares ownership. Adam's early career includes analytical positions at Imperial Capital, LLC and the ILO Institute, enhancing expertise in investment banking and research. Adam holds a BBA in Finance and English from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
