Ingrid Joossens

Ingrid Joossens has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Ingrid started their career at IBM in 2003 as an IT Specialist and Network Specialist, where they worked until 2010. At IBM, they also served as a Project/Service Manager. Ingrid then joined ING Belgium, where they held the positions of IT Service Manager and later Team Manager of the Service Management Team from 2010 to 2017. In 2017, they moved to Ordina Belgium, where they worked as the Manager of Business Assurance & Internal IT. Since 2018, Ingrid has been working at Argenta, initially as the Manager of the Competence Center IT Operations, then as the Manager of Service Management and Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Head of IT & Data at Argenta.

Ingrid Joossens began their education journey in 1998 at KU Leuven, where they pursued a Master of Engineering in Computer Science, graduating in 2003. In 2006, they returned to KU Leuven to specialize in Business Administration, completing a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration in 2007. Recently, in 2021, Ingrid attended the Antwerp Management School to enhance their knowledge in Strategy and Leadership.
