Francois Pajot

Francois Pajot has a strong and diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Francois is currently working as the Senior Director of the Global Vyvgart Commercial Team at Argenx. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Global Marketing ADBH at Eisai US.

Pajot has also worked at Essenlix Corporation as the Chief Commercial Officer, where they assessed various commercial opportunities and developed comprehensive business cases in Patient-Self Test/Oncology. Francois engaged with venture capitalists and managed the interface with external partners and the Company Board of Directors.

Before joining Essenlix Corporation, Pajot had a long tenure at Sanofi, where they held several roles of increasing responsibility. Francois served as the US Commercial Head of Synvisc, Senior Director of Commercial Strategic Planning & Operations, Director of JPAc/Canada/Emerging Markets Kevzara Lead, Director of Global Patient Lead Kevzara, Associate Director of Global HCP Lead Kevzara, Global Senior Marketing Manager of Otamixaban, New Products Planning/Strategy in Asia, Global Marketing Manager of Aprovel-Plavix, and various other marketing and sales management roles.

Throughout their career, Pajot has demonstrated expertise in global marketing, commercial planning, strategic operations, patient engagement, and successful product launches.

Francois Pajot completed a PharmD degree in Pharmacy at Nantes Université from 1998 to 2004. In 2003 to 2004, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Economics - Marketing at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1. In 2013, they attended the INSEAD Marketing Excellence Sanofi Executive Program. Most recently, in 2021, they completed the Sanofi Leadership Program at IMD.
