Meagan Jackson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and digital design. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at The Argus Group since May 2016, Meagan has successfully advanced the company's customer-focused vision through the establishment of a global Voice of the Customer program, significantly increasing customer feedback and actionable insights. Prior roles include Digital User Experience Manager, Digital User Experience Product Manager, and Digital Marketing Analyst at Cosmic Ltd, where strategic web development and digital channel design were key responsibilities. Meagan also held the position of Creative Director - Online at DEEP Agency, leading the digital division, and has a strong foundation in design through earlier roles as Senior Designer at Origin Graphic Design and The Louis Group. Academic qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Digital Marketing from Red & Yellow Creative School of Business and a degree from the University of Cape Town.
