Melissa Baumann has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Melissa started their career at Fifth Third Bank in 1999 as a Check Fraud Analyst. From 2004 to 2009, they worked at Conductix Wampfler as an Executive Assistant & Benefits Administrator, where they supported the President and Vice President, managed all Human Resources activities and benefits, and assisted with accounting tasks. In 2009, Melissa joined ARGUS International, Inc. as the Human Resources & Accounting Manager, and later became the Director of Human Resources & Accounting. In their current role as Director of ARGUS Operations, they are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and back-office support functions of ARGUS, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and client satisfaction in the aviation market sector.
