Rebecca Doyle

Rebecca Doyle is a seasoned talent acquisition and recruitment professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as VP of Talent at Arhaus since May 2022, Rebecca leads a team focused on recruitment and talent development strategies for multiple organizational functions. Previously, at URBN, Rebecca held positions including Director of Talent Acquisition and Head of Executive Search Practice, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing talent acquisition initiatives. As Practice Leader at HRnet One, Rebecca successfully recruited for APAC corporate retail teams for high-profile brands such as Burberry and Chanel. Early career experience includes a role in Fashion Merchandising at LVMH. Rebecca holds a BA with a double major in Political Science and Psychology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and also attended Københavns Universitet.
