Vineet Govekar

Vineet Govekar serves as Assistant Manager and Team Lead for Piping at Aries Marine and Engineering Services since January 2014, specializing in the installation of Ballast Water Treatment Systems. Responsibilities include conducting site surveys for 3D scanning, preparing initial and detailed piping drawings, and coordinating with ship owners and vendors, as well as classification societies for project approval. Previously, as a Shipbuilding Engineer at the same company, Vineet was involved in structural drawings and conversions of vessels, and coordinated with clients and shipyards. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Project Engineer for repair and maintenance at Sesa Goa Limited, managing project costs and workforce, and overseeing vessel surveys. Vineet holds an ISBT degree in Engineering from St. Francis Xaviers, Siolim, completed in 2007.
