Mark Zumpfe has over 30 years of experience in technical support and network administration. Currently serving as a Sr Staff Analyst at Rockwell Collins ARINC since 1998, Mark is responsible for managing Active Directory, Exchange mail accounts, and providing desktop support for software and hardware. Prior roles include Manager at Performance Micro Computers, overseeing store operations and sales while providing hardware and software support. Mark also gained valuable experience as Technical Support Staff at SAIC, providing desktop and network support at Tinker AFB, and as a Sales Account Executive at PC Tech Systems, where Mark achieved company-wide sales leadership. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication/Journalism from the University of Oklahoma.
