Victoria Kartun

Victoria Kartun has worked in various roles related to talent acquisition and human resources since 2016. Victoria started as a Human Resources intern at Tupperware Brands, where they were responsible for full recruitment processes and organizing events. Later, they worked at R/GA as a Talent Acquisition Associate, where they designed and drove sourcing strategies and collaborated with hiring managers and regional HR team members. Victoria then joined Wildlife Studios as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they identified hiring needs and recruited senior software engineers, data scientists, and other tech professionals. At Lemon Cash, they worked as a Tech Talent Acquisition and People Partner. In this role, they developed and delivered technical and strategic human resource advice, built stakeholder relationships, and identified hiring needs. Finally, they joined Paraform as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they looked to fill over 100 technical roles and sent out referrals to qualified candidates for open positions. Victoria now works for Arionkoder as a Talent Acquisition and People & Cultural Specialist.

Victoria Kartun completed their Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration from ORT Argentina in the years 2009 to 2013. Victoria then pursued a Licenciada en Relaciones Laborales degree from the University of Buenos Aires in the years 2014 to 2019. In 2020, Victoria completed the Programa de Gestión de Marca Empleadora course from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
