Bethany Jones has a strong background in reward and compensation management. Bethany started their career at Aon Hewitt as an Analytics Project Manager, where they gained experience in data analysis. Bethany then moved on to Sinclair Knight Merz as a Remuneration & Benefits Analyst, where they focused on remuneration strategies and empowered managers in remuneration conversations. After that, they joined Luxottica Retail Australia as a Compensation & Benefits Manager, responsible for managing employee compensation packages. Bethany then joined Mercer as a Senior Associate, leading the Analytical Services Team and delivering data-based consulting. Most recently, they worked at Aon as a Global Product Manager - Senior Consultant - Reward, developing reward structures and strategies that align with organizational goals and values. Currently, they hold the position of VP Total Rewards at Aristocrat, where they oversee the company's total rewards programs.
Bethany Jones completed their Bachelor of Business Administration with a Bachelor of Arts-Psychology degree at Macquarie University from 2003 to 2006. Bethany'sfield of study was Human Resource Management and Organizational Psychology.
