Lauren Licuanan

Lauren Licuanan's work experience includes various roles in strategy, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions. Lauren has worked at companies such as Aristocrat, SUB161, Commerzbank AG, Citi, and Prime Infrastructure. At Aristocrat, they served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy, M&A, Synergies & Branding, Senior Vice President of Global Strategy & Corporate Development, Vice President of Global Strategy & Corporate Development, and Chief of Staff/Director. Lauren was responsible for leading the development of the company's group strategy, establishing the global strategy function, and leading M&A transactions. Lauren obtained a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Laws (B.Com/LLB) degree from the University of Sydney in 2005, focusing on econometrics and government & international relations. In 2008, they pursued a Master of Law and Business (MLB) degree at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. Additionally, they completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at The College of Law in the same year. Lauren also spent a semester at Bucerius Law School for their Bachelor of Laws exchange program in 2005. Lauren participated in a Deep Dive Executive Education Program in 2018, organized by Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce (AICC) in partnership with Coller School of Management, Tel Aviv University. During this program, they studied digital transformation, corporate intrapreneurship, and disruptive technologies.
