Maurizio Picciano

Maurizio Picciano has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Maurizio began their career as an intern at BT, where they conducted a critical analysis of business processes within the Small and Medium Enterprise Department. Maurizio then moved on to BEST Poland, where they worked as a Production and Material Planner, managing customer orders, developing production plans, and controlling stock inventories. After that, they joined Best S.p.a as a Jr. Industrial Controller, gaining valuable experience in industrial control.

In 2012, Maurizio joined Ariston Thermo Group as a Plant Controller, responsible for overseeing plant operations. Maurizio later became the Business Unit Industrial Controller, supervising the economic and operative performances of multiple manufacturing plants across different countries. Maurizio then took on the role of Asia Pacific Technical Controller and later served as the China Commercial Controller.

Maurizio'smost recent role at Ariston Thermo Group is as the Control Senior Director of Supply Chain and Operations.
