Sarabeth Urech has a diverse education history spanning different fields of study. Sarabeth obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Illinois University from 1993 to 1997. Their studies there focused on Communications, Computer Science, and Human Resource Management. Sarabeth then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in FCNS - Teacher Certification K-12 from Northern Illinois University, graduating between the years 2002 and 2004.

Later, Sarabeth continued their education at Cardinal Stritch University, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology from 2006 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Sarabeth Urech obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in the year 2021.
