Michael Cross

Michael Cross is the VP, IT at Arizona Coyotes. Michael has over 19 years of experience in the IT industry and has held various positions such as IT Manager, IT Consultant, and Systems Administrator.

Cross started their career in 2002 as an IT Manager for The Barclay Group where they were responsible for the planning and implementation of policies and procedures. In 2011, they became an IT Consultant for NSK & Associates, Inc. and then moved to Oxfam America in 2012 where they were the IT Systems Administrator. In this role, Cross managed computer software systems and network connections to ensure high levels of availability and security of business applications.

In 2013, Cross joined the San Diego Padres as the Network Manager. In this role, they coordinated IT infrastructure projects including switch lifecycle planning, virtual infrastructure storage expansion and server provisioning, and ballpark network design. Cross also managed local and international LAN, WAN and wireless infrastructures for a Major League Baseball organization.

Cross joined the Arizona Coyotes in January 2021 as their VP, IT. In this role, they are responsible for leading the Information Technology team and overseeing all aspects of the organization’s technology needs.

Michael Cross holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Montclair State University and a Biology degree from Seton Hall University. Michael is also Cisco certified in CCNA.
