Bennett Rowe

Bennett Rowe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bennett currently serves as the Director of Operations at Arizona Nutritional Supplements (ANS), where they began in November 2021. Before this, they worked as the Continuous Improvement Manager at ANS from July 2021 to November 2021.

Prior to their role at ANS, Bennett worked at Honeywell as the ISC Manufacturing Team Leader & ISC Manufacturing Lead Production Supervisor from March 2020 to May 2021. Here, they successfully led the startup and expansion of production shifts, hiring and training over 1,000 employees, and achieving full production ramp of 15,000 units per cell daily.

Bennett's previous experience includes working at Hertz as the Body Damage and Maintenance Manager from November 2018 to March 2020, where they oversaw body shop operations, managed vendors, prepared appraisals, and handled total loss evaluations.

At The Pasha Group, Bennett held multiple roles, including Continuous Improvement Engineer from July 2017 to October 2018, Body Shop Manager from November 2016 to July 2017, Body Shop Supervisor from July 2015 to November 2016, Production Supervisor from October 2014 to November 2015, and Customer Service Representative from November 2012 to October 2014. In these positions, they implemented process improvements, managed budgets and compliance, achieved production targets, and supervised teams.

Bennett also gained valuable experience as an Intermittent Temporary Laborer at The Pasha Group from July 2009 to November 2012, where they performed various tasks related to vehicle shipment and processing.

Additionally, Bennett worked as an Administrative Assistant at Rayonier in June 2012.

Bennett became Six Sigma Black Belt Certified in October 2016, Lean Logistics Certified in September 2016, and Six Sigma Green Belt Certified in July 2016.
