Chris Trombley's work experience begins in 1994 with PetSmart, where they served as the Director of Private Brands and Buyer/Category Manager. In this role, they led a team of eight and was responsible for growing the $700M Dog Food, Treats, and Rawhide category. Chris stayed with PetSmart until 2001.

Also in 2021, Trombley took on the role of Director of Business Development at Arizona Nutritional Supplements (ANS), a contract manufacturer specializing in nutritional and dietary supplements. Chris is responsible for innovation, development of new products, and existing formulations as well as full in-house QA services.

Chris Trombley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a specialization in Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Operations from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Chris attended this school from 1988 to 1991. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, which they completed in the period from 1991 to 1993.
