Zaid Ayasrah

Zaid Ayasrah has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of industries and roles. Zaid began their career as an Officer Cadet in the Jordan Armed Forces from September 2007 to October 2011, where they gained experience in information systems, administrative tasks, and military training. Zaid then joined the Australian Defence Force as an Officer Cadet from October 2010 to September 2011, where they continued to develop their skills in information systems, communication, and leadership.

Moving into the private sector, Zaid worked as an Accountant at Aqareb Al-Sa'a from September 2014 to June 2015, handling journal entries, internal controls, and general ledger operations. Zaid then joined PwC as an Assurance Associate from September 2015 to March 2016, assisting in audits and communicating accounting and auditing matters to managers and partners.

Zaid's next role was as an Accountant at USAID - MESP from April 2016 to May 2017, where they ensured proper budget allocation, conducted payment audits, and prepared payment vouchers. Zaid then moved to World Vision International as an Account Payable Officer from June 2017 to September 2017, confirming budgetary allocations and auditing payment documentation.

Most recently, Zaid worked at ARK from October 2017, where they served as a Finance Manager. In this role, they were responsible for building and forecasting project budgets, providing guidance on compliance issues, and implementing NICRA in collaboration with the Finance Director.

Zaid Ayasrah completed their Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Jordan between 2016 and 2019. Zaid Ayasrah also attended Imam Ali Bin Abi Talib Secondary School from 2006 to 2007, where they completed their high school education in the Scientific Stream.
