Tamika Myles-Burris

Tamika Myles-Burris is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Human Resources at Arkema since April 2013, Tamika supports the Acrylics Business Unit as a strategic HR Business Partner. Previous positions include HR Manager at PolyOne, Senior HR Consultant at LyondellBasell, Human Resources Manager at SODEXO, and Human Resources Business Partner at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company. Tamika began their career as a Payroll Analyst for Harris County. Educationally, Tamika holds a BBA in Management from the University of Houston, completing studies between 1995 and 2000.
