Roi has a wide range of skills and expertise, including application architecture, Java development, and infrastructure management.

Roi has played a key role in many successful projects over the years. Roi was instrumental in developing architecture governance processes at Capital Group, and they led the team that created and maintained reference materials based on best practices and industry trends. At Sapiens (UK) Ltd, they served as Technical Architect and Java Team Lead, overseeing the development of Java-based applications. And at MAMTAL, IDF, they were Development support & Infrastructure Team Lead, responsible for managing the team that supported MVS DB2 databases.
