Emma Strike

Emma Strike has over 20 years of work experience in various roles, primarily in human resources. Their most recent position was as a Transformation Project Lead at Arla Foods, where they started in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Interim Human Resources Business Partner at Suntory Beverage & Food GB&I from October 2021 to June 2022. Emma served as the Head of Human Resources at Hutchison Whampoa (Europe) Limited from April 2017 to September 2021, and as an HR Manager from September 2012 to March 2017. Emma also worked as an HR Business Partner and HR Manager at other companies such as Mitsubishi Corporation International (Europe) Plc, Multitrax Group, Kew Foundation and RBG Kew Enterprises Limited, and RBG Kew Enterprises Limited. Emma started their career in the education sector, working as an Education Abroad Programme Officer at the University of California and as a Programme Coordinator and Programme Assistant at CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange.

Emma Strike completed their Bachelor's Degree in History and Archaeology from the University of Winchester in 1997. Emma then pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Westminster from 2004 to 2008. Emma has also obtained several certifications, including Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid England in 2020 and additional certifications in 2023, such as EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 Certification Program from Multi-Health Systems Inc. and MBTI Step I Certified Practitioner from The Myers-Briggs Company.
