Jason Suslak

Jason Suslak's work experience begins in 1999 with an internship at Citigroup in institutional equity eCommerce. Jason then worked as an attorney at Cohen & Grigsby, P.C. from 2005 to 2010. Following that, they served as a senior attorney at Allegheny Technologies from 2010 to 2013. Jason then joined The J.M. Smucker Company as a senior corporate counsel from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a senior associate counsel and then as a senior counsel at PolyOne. In 2018, they became the US General Counsel at ARLANXEO. Jason later took on the role of General Counsel for North America at ARLANXEO in 2019, and currently serves as the Head of M&A and General Counsel for North America at ARLANXEO.

Jason Suslak received their Juris Doctor degree in Law from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History at Binghamton University from 1998 to 2002. Jason'ssecondary education was undertaken at Stuyvesant High School, where they completed their high school education from 1994 to 1998.
