Natasha Fowler

Natasha Fowler, M. Ed., currently serves as the Dean of Instruction at Arlington ISD, a position held since July 2016. With extensive experience in educational leadership, Natasha has previously held roles such as Dean of Students at Houston ISD and Dean of Instruction at Fort Worth ISD, where responsibilities included instructional management, teacher support, and student discipline. As the owner of Math Is My Thing, Natasha developed programs to enhance math readiness among students. Natasha's teaching experience includes serving as a Math Teacher and Varsity Cheer Coach at Duncanville ISD, where innovative teaching strategies and positive behavioral interventions were implemented. Natasha holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Prairie View A&M University.
