Arlington Public Schools serves the citizens of Arlington, Virginia’s geographically smallest county, located across the Potomac River from the District of Columbia. APS educates one of the nation’s most diverse and sophisticated student populations – our more than 25,000 students come from around the world and speak more than 81 different languages. The executive team at Arlington Public Schools has a wealth of experience in education. The team includes the Deputy Superintendent, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Assistant Superintendent, all of whom have worked in various school districts. The team also has a Principal who has worked in Henrico County Public Schools. All members of the team have received education from either Virginia Tech or Virginia Commonwealth University.
