Jakub Orzechowski Chrbp

Jakub Orzechowski CHRBP, CCBP, CFC, currently serves as the Global HR Manager for Compensation & Benefits Policies and Systems at Armacell since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jakub held the position of Total Rewards Senior Consultant at Mercer from April 2022 to November 2023, and worked as a Senior Operations Manager at EY from September 2020 to April 2022. Jakub's experience includes serving as a Total Rewards Manager at BD, overseeing SSC HR Operations for the EMEA region, and providing HR global transformation advisory services at EY in various roles, including HR Business Consultant and HR Operations Supervisor. Early in the career, Jakub worked as a Purchasing Specialist at UPS and an Accounts Payable Administrator at Hewlett-Packard. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business and two Bachelor's degrees, one in Business Administration and Management and another in Accounting and Finance from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław.
