Billie Molina

IT Project Manager at ARMLS

Billie Molina has worked in the IT and DevOps industry since 2013. Billie began their career as an IT Project Manager at ARMLS (Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc.), where they were responsible for overseeing all projects in the organization's IT department. Billie was also a CSM Certified and held the roles of Executive Administrative Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Administrative Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. In addition, they were a Customer Support Specialist, providing technical support, billing inquiries, and training guidance to Brokers and Agents. Before that, Billie worked as a Quality Control Inspector and Machinist at Clark Perforating Company from 1998 to 2013. During this time, they executed annual internal ISO 9000 audits, conducted detailed reviews of issues with plant supervisors, and created an effective quality management system. Billie also formulated new workflow policies to ensure compliance of hydraulic presses with OSHA’s safety regulations, and produced comprehensive quality control data reports.

Billie Molina completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Science - AS from Monroe County Community College between 1998 and 2000. In 2018, they obtained their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
