Jegan Candassamy

Jegan Candassamy is the Vice President of Software Engineering at Neurable, a brain-computer interface company developing the next generation of human-computer interaction. Candassamy has been with Neurable since September 2018 and manages an engineering team of ML engineers and application developers.

Prior to Neurable, Candassamy was the Sr. Director of Engineering at Emerson Ecologics from January 2017 to September 2018. Candassamy was responsible for developing the best software solution for their customers, which included setting up a new business unit focused on building a cutting-edge eCommerce platform as well as a SaaS offering from the ground up.

Candassamy has a background in .Net, Angular, Magento, and MSSQL.

Jegan Candassamy has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Madras. Jegan also has certifications from Cornell University in Executive Leadership, Scrum Alliance in Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional (PMP).

They work with Alex Baker - Chief Data Scientist, Josh Hartley - Chief Architect. Their manager is Chris Lord, Co-Founder & CTO.
