Stephanie Redmond

Stephanie Redmond has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources and has held various roles within different companies. Stephanie started their career in 1996 at First Air as a Manager, Industry Travel and Reservations, and worked there until 2001. From 2001 to 2010, they served as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Computer Sciences Corporation. In 2010, they joined LCBO as an HR Advisor and stayed there until 2012. Stephanie then joined Arnprior Aerospace Inc. in 2012 and held multiple roles, including Senior Advisor, Human Resources until 2013, Human Resources Manager until 2015, and finally, Director of Human Resources.
