Sigitas Tyla

Sigitas Tyla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Co-Owner of both Unicorn Brewery and Kopa Brewery since September 2024, and holding positions as Chief Executive Officer and Administrative Manager at Marine Dreamer AS since June 2019, Tyla has demonstrated significant expertise in management and operations. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Creativity Lab Consultancy, Senior Safety Officer and Safety Officer at AROS Marine, and Project Manager at Baltic Pallets. Additionally, Tyla has held managerial positions at Creditinfo and INVL Asset Management, and worked as a Logistics Officer with the Training and Doctrine Command of the Lithuanian Armed Forces. Tyla holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the General Jonas Zemaitis Military Academy of Lithuania and a NEBOSH International Diploma for Occupational Health and Safety Management Professionals.
