Rishabh Narula

Associate Scientist at Arrakis Therapeutics

Rishabh Narula has worked in the field of computational biology since 2018. In 2018, they were a Drug Performance and Drug Discovery Intern at Bansal Global Hospital, where they conducted patient interactions, supported the Chief Operating Doctor with patient examinations, and analyzed the use of common drugs in arthritis. In 2020, they were a RNA Data Science and Machine Learning CO-OP at Arrakis Therapeutics, where they worked on multiple projects, built pipelines for gene specific detection of distribution, and built a combination of R and Python pipelines for testing chemical probing background noise. Currently, they are a Senior Research Associate Computational Biologist at Arrakis Therapeutics and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Khoury College of Computer Sciences, where they grade course assignments on a weekly basis, arranges weekly sessions to help students with their coding assignments, holds tutoring sessions, and provides academic support and mentorship on an individual basis.

Rishabh Narula obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Amity University between 2015 and 2018. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Bioinformatics from Northeastern University between 2019 and 2021.
