Brad Londot

Brad Londot has extensive work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Brad is currently working as the Sr Director of Facilities and Engineering at ReciBioPharm (Arranta Bio) in Watertown, MA. In this role, they lead a team responsible for maintenance, calibration, engineering, automation, validation, and project management in GMP Manufacturing, PD Lab, and QC Lab spaces. The company is currently involved in various manufacturing activities such as mRNA/LNP, Fill Finish, Microbiome, and Plasmid manufacturing.

Prior to their current position, Brad worked as the Head of Facilities at Arranta Bio and was responsible for overseeing the facilities operations.

Prior to Brammer Bio, Brad worked at Biogen in different roles, including Sr. Manager of Project Engineering, Manager of Process Engineering, and Senior Engineer II of Automation. In these roles, they managed teams, supported ongoing production, worked on expansion projects, and participated in regulatory audits.

Brad's earlier experience includes working at Biogen Idec as a Senior Engineer I of Automation, where they supported manufacturing in cell culture and media preparation areas and implemented automation projects. Brad also worked at New England Controls as a Systems Engineer, where they were responsible for software automation projects, coordination with technical lead engineers, and supervision of technicians.

Brad started their career as a Process Controls Engineer at Monsanto, where they optimized process control, implemented projects, provided daily control system support, and maintained critical VBA applications.
