Anna Lewis

Anna Lewis has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and software engineering industries. Anna started their career as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS/pharmacy in August 2014 and worked there until April 2016. In 2016, they joined PharMerica as a Pharmacy Intern and worked until April 2017. Anna then transitioned into the field of software engineering and joined Arrive Health (formerly RxRevu) in July 2018 as a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, they collaborated with a small team to plan and build features, address technical debt, and resolve issues in production applications. Anna followed Agile-like processes, including weekly Sprint Planning, daily Standups, and end-of-week Retros. Anna also actively engaged in practices such as pair programming, mobbing, and swarming to enhance communication and drive collaboration and innovation.
