Allan Bashah

Allan Bashah has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of user experience and product design. Allan is currently working as an Executive Director of Product Design at Arrivia since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Director of User Experience & Product Management at Vixxo from June 2019 to May 2022. In this role, they were responsible for driving product adoption, sourcing behavioral analytics, and following design thinking methodologies.

Before joining Vixxo, Allan worked at InEight Inc. as a User Experience Senior Manager from October 2015 to June 2019. Allan also had a short stint at Heat Software as a Senior User Experience Design Analyst from February 2015 to October 2015. Additionally, they worked at Truepad as a User Experience Lead and Product Owner from August 2014 to January 2015.
