Lori Blankenbeckler

Lori Blankenbeckler has a diverse and extensive work experience in the travel industry. Lori is currently the Vice President of Product Strategy for Flights, Insurance, and Contact Center Technology at Arrivia. Prior to this role, they served as the Executive Director of Product Management at Arrivia starting in 2020.

Before joining Arrivia, Lori worked at Switchfly for 10 years. Their roles at Switchfly included Sr. Product Director, Product Director of Agent Tools, and Sr. Product Manager of Agent Tools.

From 2008 to 2010, Lori was a Knowledge Manager at cxLoyalty, where they led a team of Learning and Development Professionals responsible for training and communications in travel fulfillment call centers. Their team also managed the design and development of the call center intranet tool.

Before cxLoyalty, Lori worked at Carlson Leisure Group as an Account Manager for Major Accounts from 2004 to 2008. In this role, they led cross-functional teams and focused on relationship management, new business development, project management, financial management, and innovation. Lori also had a strong emphasis on information technology, customer experience, and program analytics.

Lori began their career in 2000 at Travelocity as a Training Specialist for Vacations and Cruise. Lori later transitioned into a supervisory role, leading a team of sales agents and facilitating training for new hires.

Overall, Lori has demonstrated expertise in product strategy, management, training and development, and customer relationship management within the travel industry.

Lori Blankenbeckler completed a program in Hospitality and Tourism at the Travel Institute of the Pacific in 1987. Additionally, they obtained the certifications of Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner from Scaled Agile Inc in October 2019, and Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2019.
