Roberto Gonzalez

Roberto Gonzalez has extensive work experience in the operations and customer service management field. Roberto started working at TTEC in 2012 as a Director of Service Delivery and Site Director. After spending three years there, they moved on to International Cruise & Excursions (ICE), Inc. in 2015. At ICE, they held various roles including Director of Travel and Member Services & Site Director, and later served as the Executive Director of Operations. In 2018, Roberto joined arrivia as the Vice President of Global Site Operations.
