Tim Nance

Tim Nance, CPP, is an accomplished payroll professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale payroll operations. Currently serving as Director of Global Payroll at Arrow Electronics since September 2020, Tim oversees payroll processes for a substantial global workforce. Previously, Tim held the position of Director of Payroll at Windstream Communications from August 2008 to September 2020, where responsibilities included managing a payroll department that processed over $1 billion in annual payroll for more than 13,000 employees across 48 states and Canada. Tim's earlier experience includes a role as Payroll Manager at InteliStaf Healthcare from December 2000 to August 2007. Tim Nance earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Central Arkansas between 1985 and 1989.
