Phillip Glivar

Phillip Glivar, MD, currently serves as an Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon at Arrowhead Orthopaedics and as an Assistant Clinical Professor at both Loma Linda University Health and California University of Science and Medicine, positions held since September 2020. Prior to these roles, Phillip Glivar completed a Spine Surgery Fellowship at Duke University Health System from August 2019 to July 2020 and underwent Orthopaedic Surgery residency at Loma Linda University Health from July 2014 to June 2019. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University of Illinois College of Medicine (2010-2014), an Orthopaedic Surgery Residency from Loma Linda University (2014-2019), and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University (2007-2009), along with foundational studies at Case Western Reserve University (2006-2007). Phillip Glivar also has experience as a Certified Personal Trainer with the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago in 2010.
